Refund Policy — Petite Poppet

At Petite Poppet, we care deeply about your experience.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — kindly review our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at hello@petitepoppet.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fertility cups and other intimate health products
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads or eBooks
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items free of charge.
If you need an exchange, contact hello@petitepoppet.com with a photo of the item and your order number.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first — then contact us and we’ll assist promptly.
